Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase from a certified Raritan supplier. Please contact Raritan on +61 3 9866 6887 for contact details of certified Raritan suppliers in your area.

Faulty Unit Returns
To return a Raritan product under warranty, in the first instance please contact the Supplier from whom the equipment was purchased or alternatively Raritan Australia directly on +61 3 9866 6887 to register the return and obtain a Raritan Return Authority number.
Cite the Return Authority number when returning the faulty unit back to your Raritan supplier; your supplier will then organise a replacement unit from Raritan on your behalf.
